By using Ticket Roaster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use this service. If you're using this on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf.
Account Security
Account Termination
One Account Per Person
Multiple free trials via throwaway emails = instant ban. We're not stupid. One trial per person.
Plans: Basic ($9/mo), Pro ($29/mo), Enterprise ($99/mo). Billed monthly via Stripe.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account settings. Access continues until end of billing period.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Not satisfied? Email us within 30 days of your FIRST payment for a full refund. One-time offer—doesn't apply to renewals.
Refunds: We don't provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until your billing period ends. Fair enough?
Price Changes: We may adjust pricing. Existing subscribers get 90 days notice before changes apply. Don't like it? Cancel before the new rate kicks in.
Failed Payments: If your card fails, Stripe retries automatically. After 3 failures, your subscription is canceled. Update payment info in the Customer Portal.
You agree NOT to:
âś—Abuse the service: No automated scraping, API hammering, or DDoS attempts. Rate limits exist for a reason.
âś—Violate laws: No illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or doxxing. We're not your accomplice.
âś—Reverse engineer: Don't decompile, disassemble, or try to extract our prompts/code. Build your own damn product.
âś—Share accounts: One subscription = one person. Corporate team? Email us for team pricing (coming soon).
âś—Resell access: Don't white-label or resell our service without permission. Want to integrate? Talk to us.
Consequence of Violations:
Account suspension or termination. Prorated refund if you weren't being malicious. No refund if you were actively trying to break shit.
Your Content = Yours
Tickets you write, specs you generate, questions you answer—all yours. We don't claim ownership. You grant us a license to process/store it while you use the service. Delete your account? We delete your data within 30 days.
Our Platform = Ours
The Ticket Roaster app, branding, UI, prompts, algorithms—all our IP. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute our code. Obvious, but lawyers made us write it.
AI-Generated Content
Claude AI generates your roasts/specs. Anthropic (Claude's maker) doesn't own output. We don't own output. YOU own output. Use it however you want—in Jira, GitHub, presentations, whatever.
IMPORTANT: READ THIS PART
"As-Is" Service: Ticket Roaster is provided AS-IS. We don't guarantee 100% uptime, zero bugs, or flawless AI output. We work hard to keep things running, but shit happens.
AI Accuracy: Claude is smart but not perfect. Review all generated specs before using them. Don't blindly ship AI output—that's on you, not us.
No Warranty: We make no warranties, express or implied. If you lose money because an AI-generated spec missed an edge case, that's not our legal liability.
Limitation of Liability: If we screw up, our max liability is what you paid us in the last 12 months. No consequential damages, lost profits, or "my startup died because your AI was wrong" claims.
Translation:
Use Ticket Roaster as a tool to improve your specs, not as a replacement for thinking. We catch 80% of edge cases you'd miss—you handle the other 20%. Sound fair?
We reserve the right to: Modify features, add new tiers, change pricing (with notice), discontinue features, or shut down entirely (unlikely, but legally we have to say it).
If we make breaking changes: We'll email you 30 days in advance. Don't like it? Cancel and get a prorated refund.
If we shut down: You get 90 days notice and a full refund for unused subscription time. We'll provide export tools so you can save your specs.
We don't bite.
